Allow relay team numbers to start at a number greater than 1
For a relay event with more than one class, say 'men' and 'women', allow the team numbers for men to start at 1 (say) and the women at 101. At present the work-around appears to be to define 200 women's teams and to print the maps for only teams 101 upwards, but this means that the XML and PDF exports of team variations contain a lot of unnecessary data.
Version 3.1.5 has this implemented.

Hello, my name is Davide, I am from Italy.
We are promoting the use of purplepen and we are trying to adopt this tool as the standard course setting software for all the competitions we are organizing. In "relay" competitions we suffer this limitation too: we need to assign Team Bib Numbers and to print the maps accordingly.
The main limitation here is the fact that PurplePen is forcing the Bib Numbers to start from 1.
Usually we have an "unique" Bib number for the entire race, so we will have one team in a specific class using BibNumber=1 only. all the other Team BibNumbers (and matching maps) needs to have different BibNumbers.
So we need to assign a different Bib start number foreach Class.
And again, we usually have more than one class using the same course (or better coursefamily, this are relays competitions!).Moreover we suffer the current limitation because of the lack of distinction among courses an classes.
We usually workaround this by duplicating the courses (one copy for each class using that specific course), but this is very errorprone and cumbersome when you need to modify some course/path right before going to print stage.
