    I have written a utility which converts PPEN files between two different maps. We are running an event with different parts of the same course on 1:7500 and 1:4000 maps. This allows a single course to be created with a map exchange, then migrated to the second map scale for printing. www.dorien.co.uk/PurplePenConverter

    I have written a utility which migrates a PPEN file from one base map to another. This could be used when (e.g.) the base map has been rotated to reflect a change in magnetic variation, or different parts of a course are on different scale maps.     I would prefer a manual "reload map" button. On my install (Virtualbox/XP/Linux) detection of base map changes is inconsistent. A manual reload would solve both issues.
