Allow OCAD background maps
We often split an OCAD map with a map content file and a frame file. This allows us to produce maps of large school sites with one base and have multiple extracts. It is also a useful approach for very large maps.
The reason for this approach is to only have one survey file. We have a frame file and bring in a partial map as a background file. To make this work in Purplepen we have to import the OCAD background to make one flat file.
Version 2.2 Of Purple Pen now fully supports OCAD background files/maps.

I think this feature request can be made more general, and less dependent on how maps are composed in OCAD. We use OCAD but as far as I know we maintain the map and frame content all together in one OCAD file. Indeed it is difficult to extract a map (meaning the field data) and retain the frame. For White and Yellow training courses that use a very small part of our map I have resorted to abandoning the frame. Then I printed large copies of the map legend and posted them at the map table and tried to tell all competitors the map scale, north arrow, etc.
